2.Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the COMPANY and the BUYER and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the WEBSITE, whether the BUYER is professional or private.
The acquisition of a product through the WEBSITE implies unreserved acceptance by the BUYER of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the COMPANY.

3.Characteristics of the products offered

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

5.Orders
The BUYER, who wishes to buy a product or service must:

6. Withdrawal
BUYERS, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of their order to return the product to the COMPANY for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs as well as bank charges related to the transaction. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. No return will be accepted without prior agreement with the COMPANY by post, fax or email.
7.Terms of payment
The price is payable when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card, bank transfer or check. Payment by credit card will be made through the secure PayPal system.
The shipment of the products will be made as soon as the COMPANY account has been credited with the corresponding sum. It takes between 3 and 10 working days approximately, depending on the payment methods and the BUYER's country.
An invoice showing the VAT will be emailed when the order is dispatched.
8. Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering.
Insurance covering the price of the goods is systematically included.
Packages are delivered against signature.
Upon receipt, it is necessary to check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person. An accepted package is deemed to be in good condition. In the event of damage to the contents, the BUYER must refuse the package. If the packaging shows signs of deterioration but the package is accepted because the contents appear to be in good condition, it is preferable to make reservations about the delivery report. If the damage to the contents is discovered later, a complaint must be sent, by registered letter, to the carrier within 3 days. The BUYER must also inform COMPANY within the same period.
